Junior accountmanager E-commerce & marketplaces (inside sales)

HENDI Netherlands is looking for a junior accountmanager E-commerce to join the European Amazon team to be trained to become one of our online specialists:

Your responsibilities:

- You deliver an important contribution to the implementation of the European E-commerce strategy of our Amazon Vendor Central account and other (Pan-European) on-line accounts;

- You manage the whole ordering and logistic process with ultimate precision: EDI, shipping, returns, complaints and invoicing;

- You build an excellent relationship with the Amazon Vendor Manager and Brand Specialist to bring the HENDI brand to the next level with our Amazon accounts all over Europe in close cooperation with the local HENDI offices and warehouses;

- You help opening up new Amazon Vendor accounts when Amazon continues to expands across Europe;

- You work closely with the HENDI international marketing team to drive product content, photo/video and promotions;

- You thoroughly analyze our extensive assortment of 3000 articles and that of our competitors and work closely with the production, buying and forecasting department to match supply and demand;

Your Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor/HBO degree;
• Experience in e-business within the consumer good segment is a strong advantage;
• Experience with the Amazon Vendor Central account is an advantage;
• You are driven by perfection, but also hands-on and entrepreneurial;
• You like to handle large sets of data and numbers combining strategic and numerical insight, you love to work with Excel;
• You have an international mindset and good language skills in Dutch and English;
• You are available for 40 hours per week.

HENDI Nederland is op zoek naar een junior accountmanager E-commerce met de ambitie om door ons tot online expert opgeleid te worden, waarbij je gaat werken voor het Europese Amazon team:

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de implementatie van de Europese E-commerce strategie van onze Amazon Vendor Central account en andere (Pan-Europese) online accounts;

- De functie van medewerker E-commerce - afdeling Amazon is zeer veelzijdig en uitdagend. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correct orderproces, facturatie, afhandelen van retouren, etc;

- Je bouwt een uitstekende relatie op met de Amazon Vendor Manager en Brand Specialist om het merk HENDI naar het volgende niveau te brengen, dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de lokale HENDI kantoren en magazijnen;

- Je helpt nieuwe Amazon Vendor accounts te openen wanneer Amazon verder expandeert in Europa;

- Je werkt nauw samen met het internationale marketingteam van HENDI om productcontent, foto/video en promoties aan te ontwikkelen en zorgt voor de juiste productinformatie op de website;

- Je analyseert ons uitgebreide assortiment van 3000 artikelen grondig en werkt nauw samen met de productie- en inkoopafdeling om vraag en aanbod op elkaar af te stemmen;

- Je werk betreft verschillende werkzaamheden die volledig zijn gericht op het vergroten van de omzet via het Amazon Vendor Central account.

Jouw profiel:

• Minimale opleidingsniveau is HBO;
• Ervaring met e-business binnen het segment van de consumentengoederen is een pré;
• Ervaring met het werken met Amazon is een pré;
• Je bent secuur, houdt goed het overzicht en kan snel schakelen;
• Je werkt graag met Excel en je vindt het verwerken van grote hoeveelheden tekst en getallen een fijne uitdaging;
• Je hebt een internationale mindset en sterke taalvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels;
• Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar (fulltime).

Momenteel wordt het nieuwe hoofdkantoor van HENDI gebouwd naast Station Veenendaal-De Klomp en naast de snelweg A12. Hierdoor is de reistijd per trein of auto ongeveer 20 minuten vanaf Utrecht, Arnhem of Amersfoort.
