Accenture is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join our team. You have a strong background in customer contacts and order management, with fluency in both Italian and English. You will be responsible for handling inquiries from customer and solving them in a timely manner, but also back-office related tasks related to order management of an internationally operating biotech company. Besides showing responsibility of your own cases, you also follow up on them to provide the best service to the customer. Also, you are able to internally communicate with other stakeholders and process inquiries as effective as possible. Additionally, familiarity with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
