What are you going to do:

Are you customer and solution-oriented thinking? Join the international team of around 20 colleagues as a fulltime Slovak or Czech-speaking customer service agent in Zwaagdijk-Oost and start providing excellent customer service. As a Slovak or Czech-speaker, you will also be working closely with the Dutch department. Therefore, good knowledge of the Dutch language is required as well. Any other languages you speak are a big plus!

With strong communication, you will address questions or concerns about products and troubleshoot problems for Slovak or Czech-speaking customers. Additionally, a customer service agent will communicate with suppliers and transporters via phone, email, and chat.
