For this role, we are looking for someone who wants to be involved in the entire development process surrounding processes and technologies related to (new) products, in consultation with the internal organization and the customer. Functie

You will be joining an ambitious team of Engineers. As an R&D Engineer, you will closely collaborate with your colleagues to identify new processes and technologies necessary to bring new or modified products to market. You gain insights and knowledge through research, study, and (practical) experience. You are involved in the entire development process; from conceptual design, detailed design, and performance analysis to technical documentation and configuration management.

  • Developing reliable, effective, and efficient tests for (new) products
  • Conducting independent research, measurements, development of measurement methods, building measurement setups, and tools
  • Planning your own activities within the project framework
  • Preparing processes and products to transition from proto/pilot scale to full production
  • Acquiring expertise and knowledge about the technologies and processes used, so they can be utilized for technical support.

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
  • Approximately 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar company
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of 3D design (Solidworks, 3DX) is a plus
  • You adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • You have a critical attitude towards your own research methods and practices.
