Essential ingredients:

• Preferably experience in leading a team of room attendants in a similar role in a large hotel;

  
  

• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;

  
  

• Good communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Directly managing and coaching a team of 5 room attendants, total team consists of 30 RAs

  
  

• Alternately responsible for the opening shift, assigning rooms to the room attendants and responsible for closing shift

  
  

• Co-responsible for the linen and uniform room

  
  

• Actively involved in the delivering 'on the job' training sessions and giving feedback to room attendants

  
  

• Ensuring that the highest level of cleanliness and brand standards are achieved in our 476 rooms

  
  

• Keeping the fun factor alive within the team, as this is what keeps our team motivated and energised in this physically challenging profession.
