Job Summary:
The Meetings and Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of meetings, conferences, and events. This role involves coordinating all logistical aspects, ensuring that each event runs smoothly from planning to billing and meets the objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and multitasking skills.

· Secondary Hotel School or Hotel Management
· Speaks and writes fluently Dutch and English
· Numerical insight and analytical skills
· Able to prioritize
· Positive and can-do attitude
· Good communication skills and good telephone technique
· Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Opera is a plus
· Well-groomed appearance
