Are you creative in the kitchen and enjoy preparing the most delicious dishes for our guests? Then we are looking for you as our Kitchen Assistant for our Amsterdam location.

What does your working day look like?

As Kitchen Employee of Kevin Bacon, we will train you to learn all the ins and outs of our Thai kitchen. Your main tasks are to prepare all dishes and ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly during lunch and dinner. The restaurant will mainly focus on serving the best Thai food. Still, you will also be able to create culinary delights and provide multiple courses or group menus on special evenings and during events. Towards the evening, you ensure a perfect mise en place, and in the afternoon, you prepare various products according to our recipes. At the end of the night, you clean and stock the kitchen to make sure your colleagues can start well-prepared the next day.

What are we looking for?

• You take an interest in Thai cuisine;
• You have some basic cooking experience and would like to develop it further;
• You are a real team player, have humor and boundless energy;
• You are a star at communicating and can finish work perfectly;
• You have an eye for detail and are always looking to improve things;
• You speak English.
