• Be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our Numa apartment buildings across Amsterdam are in top condition for guests.
• Respond to guest and colleague requests, tackling technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks of building systems, catching problems before they arise.
• Oversee external contractors and ensure repairs meet our high standards.
• Complete planned maintenance projects to continuously improve the quality of our apartments.

• You have a knack for fixing things and a passion for keeping buildings running smoothly. (Technical training and experience as a caretaker a plus!)
• You possess a broad range of technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems.
• You thrive in an independent work environment and can prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
• You remain calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• A "can-do" attitude, creativity, and a willingness to go the extra mile are key!
• Proficiency in basic English is required.
• You hold a valid driver's license and reside in or near Amsterdam.
