Your Role in Our Story:

• Welcome every guest to Pulitzer's Bar, offering a memorable experience through attentive service and expert drink knowledge.
• Craft and serve cocktails and beverages with precision, maintaining high quality standards and showcasing your creativity.
• Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal cocktail menus, contributing innovative ideas and unique flavors.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked, organized, and impeccably clean, conducting regular inventory and maintenance checks.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to relax and enjoy their time.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-end environment, with a deep knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with guests and delivering personalized service.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the bar's daily operations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
