YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a steward, you are responsible for preparing crockery and cutlery for use using an automatic washing and rinsing machine.
You ensure that your workplace is clean and that the crockery and cutlery are dried and polished if necessary.
In addition, you identify problems with equipment and the HACCP guidelines are complied with. In this way, you contribute to maintaining a high quality within the hotel.
