We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated maintenance assistant to join our team.

As a maintenance assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities and providing a comfortable environment for our guests. You will work closely with the maintenance team and report to the assistant or Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Informing guests and colleagues about planned work and its progress.

  
  

• Correct use and maintenance of necessary materials and equipment.

  
  

• Performing maintenance and light technical tasks and cleaning duties

  
  

• Working safely and environmentally consciously according to applicable guidelines.

  
  

• Planning, reporting, and keeping track of completed tasks.

  
  

• Assisting colleagues when necessary.

  
  

• Maintaining an orderly and tidy workplace.

  
  

• Carefully adhering to safety regulations.

  
  

• Providing general support to the Technical Department.

  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cleaning work.

  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and KNOW Mobile.

  
  

• Good command of the English language, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

  
  

• Ability to perform tasks independently and willingness to learn.

  
  

• Flexibility in working hours and availability on Saturdays.

  
  

• Fluency in Dutch is highly preferred.
