Part-time French/Dutch customer service agent from home

Wat ga je doen?

Your mission as a part-time French or Dutch-speaking customer service agent is to provide customer service to customers of many retail chains all across Europe. The support is given through live chat on multiple social media platforms, such as Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Scripts are used to help you respond to customers, but they are flexible. This way, you can help each customer personally, guaranteeing that your tasks are versatile. 

You work 24 to 32 hours a week in French or Dutch. Not having experience is not an issue, as you will receive training on how to help customers in the best way possible. You will get this training in your first two days at the offices located in Amsterdam. You should be in the offices once a month, and you work from home the rest of the time. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 10 pm, and weekends from 9 am to 3 pm or 4 pm to 9 pm
