What You Will Be Doing:

• Assisting the Guest Relations Supervisor with daily operations.

  
  

• Reviewing arrival lists to personally welcome guests

  
  

• Responding to guest requests and inquiries

  
  

• Providing information about the local area

  
  

• Anticipating guest needs and building lasting relationships

  
  

• Handling customer complaints and escalating to (front office) management as needed

  
  

• Responding to all guest feedback (both positive and negative) and ensuring improvements are made

  
  

• Managing the quality, consistency, presentation, and service of Guest Relations
