As a Hair Stylist at The Beauty House, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences through a variety of treatments. You will be mainly responsible for blow drying, cutting, makeup and other hair care treatments.
This position requires technical expertise, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and a genuine passion for promoting wellness. The role will report to the Wellness Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for The Beauty House guests.
- Scalp Massages are a core part of the hair treatment menu.
- Tailor treatments to meet the individual needs and preferences of each guest.
- Provide information on the benefits and usage of recommended products.
- Efficiently manage appointment schedules and coordinate with reception for seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Having experience in providing blow-dry, hair styling, hair cutting and hair treatments at a high-service level.
- Experience in luxury environments and high-service quality levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (preferable Dutch)
- Strong organization and analytical skills in problem-solving.
- Dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest hair treatments.
