Are you an electronics expert who wants to keep aircraft in top condition? Fokker Techniek is looking for a passionate Technician (Aircraft) Electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, repairing, and calibrating aircraft electronics, ensuring everything meets the highest standards.
Fokker Techniek focuses on one goal: exceeding reliability expectations to keep aircraft flying. We provide tailor-made solutions for commercial, regional, VIP, and military aircraft. Our services include maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and the supply of components, all with the highest quality and precision.
Upon receiving a component, you will perform thorough tests using advanced measuring equipment. Based on the results, you will repair the hardware. Working together with experts on the shop floor and using technical schematics, you will locate errors and ensure components are fully tested and calibrated before returning them to the customer. Ultimately, you will deliver an airworthy part.
Your tasks:
• Testing, inspecting, and repairing electronic and mechanical aircraft parts.
• Maintaining and calibrating test and measuring equipment.
• Working according to the rules and regulations within aviation.
• Ensuring a cost-effective completion of your work.
• Contributing positively to the work atmosphere and team spirit at Fokker.
Ideally, you have a background in electronics or aircraft technology and a solid understanding of electronics. If you’re passionate and willing to learn, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
• A completed technical college program in Electronics or Aircraft Technology.
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Experience with soldering and soldering techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of areas like RF, measurement and control techniques, fine mechanics, analog and digital electronics is an advantage.
