Where does your adventure begin:
As a full-time Host(ess) in Heemstede, you are an indispensable link in this beautiful country house. You know exactly who is in the house, what the daily schedule is and where the guests need to be. Whether welcoming and guiding guests or handling various guest requests, you act in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, constantly creating a sense of luxury and exceeding guests' expectations.

You will work hand-in-hand with the guest couple, supporting them where necessary and have the ambition to overwhelm both our guests and colleagues by delivering excellent service. You will work together with another host; one week one of you will work in the morning and the other in the evening. Working hours rotate between 07:00 and 22:00 every fortnight.

What will you do:
If you work in the morning, your duties mainly consist of welcoming and guiding guests, helping trainers in the meeting rooms, ordering taxis, making sure coffee breaks are ready on time, welcoming guests at lunch and handing out feedback forms, in addition to spontaneous requests and needs from guests.

Working in the evening, you will welcome guests who arrive during the night, direct them to their rooms and make sure everyone knows where they are expected. You present the menu together with the head chef and greet everyone when they come to the table. Another evening task is setting up and/or refreshing the meeting rooms.

Wat wij bieden

• An attractive hourly wage of €14.23;
• In quieter periods, the possibility of travelling to other locations in Europe, such as France, Germany, Italy and Spain;
