As Cluster Sales & Account Manager you will report directly to Cluster Director of Sales. The primary purpose of you position will be to maximize revenue of the various accounts in your region for the benefit of the TVHG hotels in The Netherlands. You will be maintaining and optimizing a strategic partnership with the national and international Sales & Marketing teams of IHG and Hilton. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing contracts with existing and new clients. It will your responsibility to identify and manage strategic partnerships with commercial partners.
Your tasks and responsibilities also consist of:
Managing, activating, and optimizing top accounts.
Continuously seeking new business opportunities that contribute to the hotels’ commercial objectives..
Organizing and participating in commercial events, networking gatherings, trade shows, and conferences.
Daily meetings with other commercial departments and General Managers of the hotels to represent the interests of TVHG, clients, and guests.
Efficiently tracking activities and results in the CRM and other reports.
Defending client performance and proactively proposing activities based on results.
Analyzing data, reports, and research findings to continually discover new opportunities.
Contributing to teamwork by supporting and encouraging colleagues.
TVHG operates 11 hotels in the Netherlands, all hotels are operated under franchise agreements with three globally recognized brands; Holiday Inn (1), Holiday Inn Express (8) and Hampton By Hilton (2). The 11 hotels are spread across the Netherlands, seven hotels in and around Amsterdam and 4 hotels in key regional centers in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Arnhem.
All hotels are supported by a central support office which is located at Amsterdam Sloterdijk. The support office supports the hotels with HR, Finance, Revenue & Sales and Operations services.

What makes you the perfect colleague?
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the international hotel industry.
In-depth knowledge of the (international) hotel market.
Independence, a keen eye for new opportunities, and a drive to improve processes.
Strong networker with a proven track record in client relationships.
Driven, organized, and a sense of responsibility.
Experience with Salesforce, Opera, and Hotelligence/Agency360 is a plus.
Excellent proficiency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills to translate data into targeted actions.
Team player with a sense of humor, even in challenging situations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
