The Reservations Agent is in charge of booking individual and group reservations in the hotel. Furthermore s/he is supporting the Reservation Manager in the daily tasks.
Tasks will consist of the following:
Handling of individual and group reservations.
Handling of commission inquiries
Managing third party websites
Replacing the Revenue Manager during absence
Creation of Rate Codes.
Creation of Standard Procedure Instructions
Work experience in a similar field is preferable;
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is preferable;
Good knowledge of Opera Cloud;
Service & guest orientated;
Able to work well in a team and independently;
Good knowledge of Word/Excel/Powerpoint;
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
Flexible, organized, creative and enthusiastic.
