What Will You Do?

As a Teamleader at DHL, you’ll oversee a team of 20-25 Warehouse Operators in either the Inbound or Picking & Shipping department. Your main goal? Empower your team to deliver top results while maintaining safety and efficiency. You’ll coach your team one-on-one, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure smooth operations every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Creating reports and monitoring results via our warehouse management system.
• Scheduling training, managing staffing, and keeping personnel records up to date.
• Collaborating with managers and fellow team leaders to implement improvement plans.

What we offer:

• Salary in our collective labor agreement scale 8, between € 2.600,- and € 3.400,- depending on your knowledge and experience. Growth potential up to € 4.350,59 gross per month;
• Shift allowance (130% after 18:00), travel reimbursement, pension, and 25 vacation days.
