Your day…

As a night receptionist at the Linden Hotel you are the face of the hotel during the night. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and handling the check-in and check-out procedures

  
  

•  Managing incoming phone calls and emails

  
  

•  Handling guest requests and potentially challenging situations

  
  

• Administrative tasks such as reservations and payments

  
  

• Night audit

  
  

• Facilitating the common areas

  
  

You are...

• Hospitality minded

  
  

• A true night owl

  
  

• Able to work independently

  
  

• Have a high sense of responsibility

  
  

• Confident and proactive

  
  

• Have at least one-year experience as a night receptionist

  
  

• Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch

  
  

• Located in Amsterdam
