Within the company of a client of ours, this search has been launched for an proces operator. Within this role, you will bear responsibility for fully mastering the production process. This takes time, which is why the team leader and production operator will support you so that you can easily make the step to more responsibility and ownership. You will be working within a close-knit family business that values quality. The organisation you will be working for is known as one of the top suppliers of quality meat products. With branches in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, they try to delight new customers every day with the products they make. An overview of your duties will be as follows:

• Checking the presence of the correct raw and auxiliary materials according to recipe and coordinating and calling off required resources.
• Setting up the machine (process parameters and recipes) and connecting/dumping raw and auxiliary materials.
• Randomly checking product quality based on visual and physical tests and adjusting machine (or having it adjusted).
• Recording data (numbers, quality data, disruptions) on various overviews.

Dit krijg je

• Salary depends on knowledge and experience between €2,600.00- 2,900.00 gross per month based on 38 hours including allowances.
• Shift bonus of 15%, production bonus of 1.25% and cold allowance of €11.80 per week (you work in an environment where it is 0 degrees).
• Unlimited access to GoodHabitz's online training courses, (when you get a direct contract).
• A contribution to your company fitness subscription, (when you get a direct contract).
• 25 holidays per year, with the possibility of buying additional holidays.
• Travel reimbursement in line with Butchers' Collective Labour Agreement.

Dit ben je

• You possess technical insight;
• You are critical (also of yourself) while thinking in terms of solutions and improvements;
• You master the Dutch language or are willing to realise this in the short term (in this case you do master the English language);
• You are flexible and willing to work 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday. Working on Saturdays is negotiable.
• You have knowledge of food safety (HACCP), machines and registrations necessary to perform the job, of course we will teach you if you do not already have this.
