Part-time Customer Service Representative at Concentrix

Are you an enthusiastic customer service representative who wants to work from home? Concentrix is looking for you!

As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers at Digi-Key, one of the fastest-growing distributors of electronic components in the world. Your task is to answer customer inquiries and assist them during the ordering process. Whether it’s advice on placing an order, questions about financial matters, or support with existing orders and after-sales; you’ll ensure every customer interaction ends with a smile.

Who are you?
You have at least an MBO level 4 or equivalent qualification. You have general computer skills and an interest in technology. As a fluent French-speaking customer advisor, you’re accurate and efficient. Customer satisfaction is your top priority, and you believe in leaving every customer with a positive experience.

Workdays and Hours
You’ll work on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00, giving you the flexibility to arrange your ideal workday. Reply now and start on the 17th of February.
