About the company

The company you will be working for is a small, informal team that recruits candidates for the construction industry. For 15 years they have been providing the perfect match and now operate in as many as 13 countries. Their home base? A cozy office right in the center of Nijmegen, where you are part of a close team of 10 colleagues. They work hard to achieve goals, but always with short lines of communication, a lot of freedom and a smile. 

This is what your day looks like

Every day brings something new, and that's what makes your job as an account manager so much fun. In the morning you call a customer to find out how they are doing, or you drop by. You know their needs inside out and know exactly which candidate is the perfect match.

In between, you work on bringing in new clients. Together with colleagues, you come up with plans to get prospects excited. Closing a deal? That immediately gives your day a boost.

At the end of the day, you work on some administration. Fortunately, this is limited, so you can focus on what you like best: helping people and companies move forward.
