Wat ga je precies doen

As a Data Editor you execute the processes for product master data introduction and maintenance in PIM to support product catalog, for sale, supply chain & pricing according with the rules and guidelines provided by the business organisation & regulatory. The Data Editor is responsible for administering, managing, maintaining and improving master data within the organisation. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, accuracy and consistency of master data produced by various systems (PIM, F&O, CRM & CPQ), in addition to being the basis for various insights. The master data is the basis for correct reports for the organisation and data used within the operation departments.

Functie-eisen

We are seeking a meticulous Data Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to data management.

• At least a completed higher vocational education, preferably in a technical, administrative or business field;
• Experience with data entry, data management or data governance in a similar role is a plus;
• Knowledge of data management software and systems (e.g. Agilis PIM, F&O, CRM & Microsoft Excel);
• Accuracy - Shows great attention to detail, ensures accuracy in execution of work;
• Analytical thinking - Understands an issue, situation or problem by analysing and interpreting data, which is ultimately translated into a decision, solution, conclusion or recognising the cause of a problem;
• Initiative - Recognises opportunities and acts accordingly. Prefers to start on his own rather than wait passively;
• Planning and organising - Plans work in such a way that set goals are achieved. Makes an inventory of the working method and necessary steps in advance. Takes unforeseen events into account and adjusts plans as necessary. Can bring things into motion;
• Cooperation/collaboration - Contributes to a common result, even when not of direct personal interest. Shares knowledge and information and is committed to achieving goals together with others.
