Step into the heart of Scheuten Glas as a poduction worker, where your technical prowess and attention to detail are pivotal to the creation of our high-quality glass products. In this role, you will join a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic setting that thrives on innovation and quality. Your contribution will not only influence the excellence of our products but also shape the future of a leading company in the glass industry.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust various processing machines, including the lamination line, ensuring adherence to production protocols.
• Monitor production quality, proactively identifying and correcting deviations to maintain high standards.
• Independently reconfigure machines for different production runs, contributing to operational efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Collaborate with a team of 11-20 members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive work atmosphere.

You are going to work in 2 shifts.  One week you work from 5:30 till 14:00 and the other week from 14:00 till 22:30.  On friday you work 2 hours shorter and you can enjoy the weekend!
