Set within a historic 17th-century Dutch house in picturesque Central Amsterdam, Super Lyan reimagines the familiar, bringing classical ideas and flavours into the modern day, reflecting the city's dynamic culture and optimism. Super Lyan is the first international venue from Mr Lyan and the team behind the award-winning Seed Library, Silver Lyan, Lyaness, and more. A casual cocktail bar with warm service, we offer a curated selection of cocktails, beers, wine, and bites late into the night.

What You'll Do:

• Create and serve a wide range of drinks, from classic cocktails to innovative signature creations.
• Offer drink recommendations and engage with guests to ensure a fantastic bar experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, keeping everything stocked and ready for service.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate tabs throughout the shift.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and ingredients is essential.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
