Our amazing Operations team in Veldhoven is responsible for picking, packing and deliver the best customer service. The department is the core of our operations and bring pro-active and energetic is key to join our team. We are a mix of cultures and backgrounds. Based in Veldhoven, we are a vibrant mix of personalities, cultures and backgrounds. 

For this job in Veldhoven it's important to processing all customers orders and making sure they are packed and sent out on time and in line with the client’s brand guidelines. Your booking new products in and making sure your client’s merchandise and business is running smoothly. 

You put the goods ready for shipment and if necessary you will label and scan the goods so they are ready to be shipped to the customer.

• Building strong client relationships and taking ownership of specific clients.
• Always provide an excellent client service.
• Showing excellent attention to detail always to ensure your clients orders are correct.
• Working with autonomy and accountability ensuring you make the right decisions for clients and communicate this positively.
• You will be working fulltime in day shift from monday till friday 08.30 till 17.00 o clock.

• You should be able to speak and write in English.
• Having customer service experience, is a plus. 
• The company is located in Velhoven
• Commitment to always work hard and give 100%.
• Dutch is not required!
• Experience is not required, you will be provided with extensive training

• 4 days on/4 days off, 9.00-19.00 shift pattern. You work for 4 days, have the the following 4 days off.
• Salary 13,89 euros/hour
• An excellent working environment in our warehouse in Veldhoven
• Temporary job for like 4 till 6 weeks on fulltime base for 40 hours
• Travel allowance (0,23 cents/km up to 50km/per day, no minimum)
