For our Scent department at IFF in Tilburg, we are looking for a Production Employee to assist in creating fragrance compounds. This role is unique due to the constant variety in production—no two days are the same! You will be working alongside 24 dedicated colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.Your

Responsibilities:

• Collecting powders and liquids for fragrance production
• Mixing and accurately weighing raw materials
• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Ensuring strict compliance with quality and safety standards

Work Schedule (5-Shift System):
07:00 - 15:00
15:00 - 23:00
23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €19.42 (full-time), excluding shift allowance
• 30% shift allowance for every hour worked
• Long-term job prospects – we aim for a permanent contract at IFF
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and a 13th-month salary
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• Pension plan starting from your first week of employment

Functie-eisen

• Fluency in Dutch and/or English
• Willing to work in a 5-shift system
• Experience in production or as an assistant operator
• Motivated and precise in measuring and dispensing powders, liquids
• Comfortable working with strong scents
