Do you love providing personalized guest service and excel in a dynamic, global setting? If the answer is yes, then our Front Office Agent position will be your best fit.

As the initial and final point of contact, your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, offering information, and overseeing administrative duties. With shifts spanning day, evening, and night, you'll be instrumental in cultivating a warm atmosphere, consistently surpassing guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out processes, taking ownership to make each guest's stay memorable

  
  

• Handling administrative tasks seamlessly throughout your shift

  
  

• Record and action guest feedback to achieve memorable experiences

  
  

• Providing a 'wow' factor with a sparkling personality

  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Being flexible available. Ideal side job for (Hotel school) students.

  
  

• Has prior experience in hotel front office roles

  
  

• Is adaptable to flexible shifts on both weekdays and weekends

  
  

• Has excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Dutch is an advantage)

  
  

• Is capable of personally addressing and resolving guest requests and concerns.
