As a courier at DHL Express in Den Hoorn, you will contribute to our reputation for excellence in logistics. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the success of our operations.

The key challenges you'll face include navigating routes efficiently and managing the careful handling of shipments, including heavy packages. We seek someone with a customer-focused mindset, a valid B driver's license, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 kg.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery: ensure the prompt and secure delivery of packages to our customers.
• Route planning: strategically organize your daily routes to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Customer interaction: build and maintain positive relationships with customers, offering friendly and professional service.
• Package handling: manage and transport various types of shipments, including heavier items, with care and responsibility.
• Teamwork: actively participate in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a positive work atmosphere and shared goals.
