Together with your team, you will provide them with a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh croissant. During the morning you keep an overview and everything runs smoothly. You manage the team and help when it gets busy. At the same time you ensure an optimal atmosphere on the work floor, with motivating your team to give our guest the service they are used to.


WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

• You have some experience in a management position.
• You are solution-oriented and a real troubleshooter.
• The guest is always the number one priority for you.
• Managing a team comes naturally to you.
• You have a relevant completed education at MBO-4 .
• You have good communication skills, both oral and written.
• You speak and write fluently Dutch and English.
• You live in the region of Amsterdam
