As an administratief medewerker, you will contribute to the vital operations of a leading international pharmaceutical company. You'll face the challenge of ensuring the seamless procurement and invoicing of raw materials, playing an integral role in our logistical process. We're seeking someone with a proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. With your 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, you're set to enhance our team of 5-10 members.

Responsibilities:

  • Inkooporders: create annual general purchase orders for raw material supplies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Leverancierscontact: establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
  • Transactieafhandeling: complete purchase transactions with precision and within set timeframes, contributing to efficient operations.
  • Factuurgoedkeuring: approve invoices in line with purchasing authority, maintaining financial accuracy.
  • Materiaallevering: coordinate actions to guarantee the delivery of materials, mitigating any potential supply chain disruptions.
