Are you meticulous, organized, and ready to ensure our guests enjoy the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort? Join our team as a Back of House - Linen Room Attendant, responsible for administering, maintaining, and distributing linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Linen Management: Administer, maintain, and distribute linen, blankets, bedspreads, and company clothing in the linen room.

  
  

• Laundry Operations: Oversee the cleaning, washing, and ironing of guest laundry and uniforms with the use of appropriate machines and resources, ensuring careful handling.

  
  

• Guest Requests: Handle guest requests promptly, such as providing iron and boards or addressing other small requests to enhance guest satisfaction.

  
  

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing guest laundry and uniforms. Control and follow up on received dirty laundry and dry cleaning.

  
  

• Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls in the housekeeping and linen room, providing assistance and information as needed.

  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in linen and laundry operations.

  
  

• Ability to handle machinery and resources with care, ensuring the proper washing and ironing of uniforms and delicate laundry.

  
  

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  
  

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle guest requests and phone inquiries professionally.

  
  

Please note: we are looking for someone to take on evening shifts!

Salary will be € 2.372.03 for a 38-hour contract.
